Hiking: Alpe Adria Trail 8days 7nights - guided

SLOVENIA - HIKING ALPE ADRIA TRAIL : 8days 7 nights  with Mountain Guide  From the high peaks around Kranjska Gora, to the vineyards of Brda ,through the emerald valley of Soča river and the Triglav National Park. The itinerary crosses the boarder between Slovenia and Italy to finish at the town of Cividale del Friuli. Our 8 days hiking trip with qualified mountain guide , includes  the scenic stages 23, 24 ,25 ,26, 27,28 of the Alpe Adria Trail.  The Alpe - Adria - Trail is a newly developed long distance hiking path ( 43 stages)  from the foot of the Grossglockner to the Adriatic sea and the town of Muggia. The trail was jointly developed and impemented by three partners from Austria (Karnten Werbung) Slovenia (Slovenian Tourism Board) and Italy (Friuli-Venezia Giulia Tourism Board).  The Alpe - Adria - Trail crosses three countries and was conceived as an easy-to-walk pleasure trail in mainly non alpine terrain. During this three-day guided hiking adventure, we will pay special attention to the responsible entry into the wildlife habitat. Therefore, a large part of the program is dedicated to learning about the life of wild animals, understanding their natural environments and the correct and controlled visit. We assure you that you will see real and painted bear footprints along the trail. The program includes all meals and non-alcoholic beverages. The accommodation is provided in forest huts in the middle of the Kočevje forest far away from civilization, without electricity and running water which adds charm to the adventure. Each day will begin with the traditional heavy breakfast and end with dinner prepared on the coals. Explore ISTRIA riding on the famous - Parenzana - away from the vehicle traffic, in a  6 days self guided tour  “Parenzana – The Route of Health and Friendship” What is the " Parenzana" ?  The “Parenzana” was a 123 km long railway line connecting Trieste to Buje and Porec in northwestern Istria, opened after several trouble on 1902 at the time where all the 3 cities were part of the Austro Hungarian Empire and nowadays splittled between italija Slovenia and Croatia.
